I purchased two ink cartridges for my Canon printer and for whatever reason, my printer did not recognize them. They offered me a refund of replacements, no questions asked! They provided excellent customer service and just wanted to make things right. This is top shelf!! I was very impressed! This is a very good company and they know how to treat people.
