Everytime I purchase 1 to 5 usdt binance gift cards it all works and when I bought a 15 usdt one the code was invalid! I reached the customer support and they escalated the problem agreeing there was an issue with the code they gave me! The department in charge did nothing but gave me instructions on how to claim and closed my ticket as solved! They are not taking responsibility for the invalid code and just making circles around the issue without solving it and giving me a valid code! Ticket ID: 5839848 You've been telling me this since last week!! Are you gonna actually do something or your gonna take forever thinking its gonna get forgotten!? Get someone to do something because wherever you are escalating it is doing nothing. That department is just getting a paycheck for doing nothing! Useless! When will they reach out to me? Its been more than a week now. Can I have an exact date that my matter will be solved please.
