excellent experience
This was my first time ordering from Royal Design and everything went like clockwork. Communication about the order and shipping was prompt and my items arrived within a week despite being shipped from Sweden. The shipping info included a tracking code. I purchased a boot tray and a doormat, both rubber, so I was not particularly worried about damage. The boot tray was beautifully packaged by the manufacturer, Tica Copenhagen, and put in a standard FedEx box by Royal Design. The doormat (by Dixie) was not internally packaged, just slightly rolled up (mostly flat) and put in a resized FedEx box without any padding. Both arrived in perfect condition. However, if I were purchasing something with more potential for damage, I would contact Royal Design to ask about the packaging. Both items look even nicer in person than on the website! Lovely!
