We hired Preston Baker to handle our house sale as they have an outstanding reputation and we can say without a doubt that they certainly lived up to that reputation. One of the most difficult times in buying and selling a house is the final month when having to deal with solicitors, vendors and purchasers and Terri Burrows from Preston Baker, who was looking after us, definitely came through for us. Terri not only did what would be expected from an estate agent, but she even went the extra mile, and we can say without a doubt that our house sale and purchase would have taken much longer had it not been for Terri's efforts in the final week when some challenging situations and difficulties arose. We cannot recommend Preston Baker highly enough and if you want an estate agent that delivers more than what it promises then this is the estate agent for you. Rob & Margaret Doncaster
