Excellent service and device
We wanted to buy my daughter a Magic Drawing Pad, as it had substantially better reviews than similar devices by other well-known brands. We had a bit of a problem trying to enable the student discount for the purchase and had to contact the support team. They were exceptionally helpful, giving us quick and appropriate support beyond what I would have expected, and while it took a few days going back and forth to get to the bottom of the problem, their help was always positive, courteous and most importantly useful and efficient. This allowed us to purchase the device with the decent student discount they provide. The tablet arrived very quickly, and everything was perfect. It was quick to get set up and my daughter started using it immediately. The reviews were correct, it has been an excellent device that my daughter uses for hours every day. The only small issue she has is that the pen has on a couple of occasions disconnected from the tablet, but turning the pen off and on again resolves this quickly. Overall this has been a fantastic experience and we would definitely use XP-Pen again, and recommend them to friends.
