I received my skeleton in a jar broken, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt only for them to tell me if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay postage. Being international I said fair enough I'll pay the 17$ postage. My second one then also turned up broken so I have again told them sent photos everything. I told them at this stage I would just like my money back. And they are telling me I would only get 5% back or they could try for a 3rd time. And all I'm thinking is what the heck am I suppose to do if the 3rd one turns up broken.
