Chefs know what works!
As a Chef, I appreciate things that work. Testing the grill addition to the Sunflower X Dual Mode heater for a lunch of Shogayaki pork with rice today. Outstanding results! this little grill top works perfectly, and blew me away with the ease of cleaning! Shogayaki has a fair amount of sugar in the marinade, which caramelizes and burns, forming a crust in the pan requiring scrubbing. Not THIS setup! The entire assembly, from the carrying case to the stove/grill, is extremely well made, and, take this from a classically trained Chef; this is one little perfect setup!! Highly recommended!!
