ORDER # 39341234 Ticket ID: 3472497 I have bought a binance gift card worth $10(Not the first time) but I have only recieved the card code(secret code) only.As the card should has to come with card number and card code I sent email to customer service few times with screenshots but everytime reply is a automatic reply.(Enter code correctly..)how can I enter the code if I dont have card number?Other times I have recieved binance gift card with card number and code but not this time.Whats the use of customer support if they send automated reply everytime? UPDATE It was my fault for enter gift code in wrong section.Surely I will buy gift card from offgamer.
