Very fast and pleasend support with my order
Unfortunatly the ordered item was not available for Germany (selfie stick with magnetic Support). So the company contacted me within very short time and offered refund or change of the ordered item. Since I wasn't sure, which other stick would fit my daughters mobile they suggested one according to the specific mobile. As I agreed to the change they immediatly altered my order and refund the price difference. All this happened within 48 hours after my original order was placed. The customer service member (Jade) was extremly helpfull, very friendly and determined to have a positive experience with everything. Many thanks
