Helpful but Lacks in Communication
They were great to work with during the approval stage. They helped resize and shape the design before production and even worked with me when I accidentally uploaded the wrong file — I really appreciated that level of service. However, once the artwork was approved, communication completely dropped off. I didn’t receive any order updates, and after my order sat for days with no progress, I reached out by email but got no response. I called four times, left voicemails, sent two more emails, and chatted with them three separate times — still nothing. Finally, I received an email saying their equipment was down and my order would be made the following day. I completely understand that issues happen, but communication is key. All I was asking for was a simple update to let me know there was a delay and why.
