We had the pleasure of working with Justin O'Shell. He showed genuine interest in us during the mortgage process and made it so easy. Justin truly made us feel we were a priority and he was looking out for our best interest. He is very knowledgeable, personable, respectful and extremely responsive. A true professional! We hope we can work with Justin again someday and he has secured a solid referral from these very happy new homeowners!
