I am out $2000 because of a product that I never received BUT WAS CHARGED FOR. I have been Roborock for 3 months and NO ONE in customer service wants you to help you. They make up a lie and tell you they are working on it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS VERY LONG. I WILL BE FILING A LAW SUIT
