Outstanding Customer Service while onboarding
I just completed my onboarding with Ingrid. What a tremendous help she was. After taking all of 3 minutes to point my web address to my website and create my email chain (WOW), she showed me how to find all the stuff she just did, Explained a bunch of stuff to me about editing and some other helpful live chats I can go to to learn more, she then corrected the spelling of my name and was off to get her cape dry-cleaned. That was the most effortless training session I have ever been involved in. Magnificent, thank you so much for such an easy experience. You instilled even more confidence in me regarding CC360. In fact every person I have had the pleasure to deal with since I signed up has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable I am excited to learn more thanks to these professionals, they don't make it feel like work, and the product itself, CC360, is a jam packed system to truly make course creating a breeze.
