The WORST customer service I’ve ever…
The WORST customer service I’ve ever received from a company. It’s a complete non sense of emails back and forth replying the same thing over and over again. Arguing for 2 months requesting a refund for a faulty bike that broke after only 2 months (Manufactor fault). Now they finally agreed to a refund with a “deduction fee”… And it’s now the argument of getting it, it’s been a month and all they say is coming within 2 days. I do not recommend to buy from this company from China, that makes it look like it’s an UK company.
