I had a problem ordering tickets for an Aug 11 game with Houston. I thought the system sent a message saying the tickets I ordered were No longer available. So a little while later I selected two more tickets for the same game. Next morning in my spam account their were two orders for tickets. was told to contact support by email which I did a week ago. NO REPLY Now I have ser of tickets valued at $376. that I dont need. No one is helping with issue to either issue a credit or help me sell the extra Tickets. Not a Happy Camper at the moment with ACE. This was my First Time using ACE and assume I was not careful enough ordering tickets thru your system.
