I have sent two emails about the last tent (Vantage SKU: VG3WH10WH) I ordered/received last month. The top/roof has/had major sags from rain that I never had from my previous two purchased tents and would like to purchase another but concerned about the issue and there has been no follow-up. Disappointed that no one has contacted me.
