Update on the status of the bed. Litfad sent a video link of the bed being assembled. When I tried to access it I could not. More time went by and I was at the point of using the bed for firewood but before I did it occurred to me maybe my browser was blocking access to the foreign video. After trying to access the video on a different browser, with success, I was finally able to assemble the bed. All of this frustration could have been avoided had they sent a link with the bed in the first place! The bed came in several pieces with assembly required. It was a bed so I thought it wouldn't be too difficult to assemble, until I saw there were no directions. When I contacted customer service via email they sent a single page of pictures, no words or identifying parts and it wasn't the same bed. I contacted them again and was told to "try". Even if it were the correct bed none of the hardware or wooden pieces are identified in the pic or the package. I have a useless pile of wood and hardware sitting in the corner of the room with no idea how it goes together :(. To their credit they are responsive to my emails and have tried to help but don't seem to have the correct tools to do so (like directions in English).
