So much for bespoke plan..
Took a bespoke plan for 16.35 since august last year. Up till today I paid more that 3x than a years worth of subscription due to late fees, reconnection fees and failure to convert to this new plan. Company run by mindless, money hungry workers who are heartless and could not understand why e bill was late in e first instance. WILL never use M1 ever again.
