Do not purchase a NIU product. The product itself is not bad, but if anything happens to your scooter, and they do have a lot of errors, the company has the worst customer service I have ever worked with in my life. They fixed my scooter and then sent me the wrong one back. They sent my scooter to a different customer. The one I received is beat up and in terrible shape. I have spent months trying to get the customer service department to fix the problem that they acknowledged and the only solution so far is that they offered me new grip tape for the scooter that is not mine. They also have a customer service model where there are no managers, so you can never talk to anyone that can make a decision or fix a problem. Look for a different company with better customer service.
