Can’t fault the customer service!
I hadn’t booked with Villa Finder before so I even spoke with Sharon on the phone, and then asked a lot of questions over a few emails - both before booking and after booking. Sharon was so helpful in continuing to give me options that suited my dates and answer all my questions. I never had to wait long to hear back. After our stay in Swan Villa 3 in Seminyak, Sofi followed up. When our refund of the one night bond came through right at the same time our credit card was cancelled, Sofi was quick to respond and stayed I touch until it came through to our new card as she had assured us it would. I really can’t fault the customer service received from Villa Finder.
