F1 IWC Ingenieur Green Dial custom strap does not fit
I purchased a F1 IWC Ingenieur and needed a custom strap . I reached out to Dr Watchstrap and Teresa assured me they can make me a perfect custom strap . They charged me close to $280 dollars and 2 months later I received a strap that doesn't even fit my watch . I have tried to give them an opportunity to fix the issue and they're ignoring my situation and won't respond. It's been a week without any resolution .
