I see my shapes break more than i see my cousins
I got my nanoleaf shapes back in 2019. I was super excited and began setting it up, and it was so tedious and stupid. I finally got them connected, and had them working. Then, they suddenly stop connecting to my phone. I do mounds and mounds of research and get them working again. A few days later, same thing happens. And the cycle repeats and repeats. So i give up. My nanoleaf shapes sit on my wall for years, completely off. This year i finally decided to try them again. They work for a really long time. Then i spend weeks trying to get my nanoleaf remote working, dealing with days waiting for my ticket to be answered, so i open another one. And then i had 5 tickets opened, some with no reply. So i give up again with the nanoleaf remote. If they aren’t gonna help me, and just suggest AI generated ways to fix it that don’t help, i’m going to ignore their final useless emails i waited days for. However, the nanoleaf shapes were working. It was excellent. I felt love for the nanoleaf shapes which i had never felt before. I had fixed them, finally. Then, weeks later the same problem happened, but i was fine with it as i handled it quickly from years of experience. A few months later, today, i come from school in an excellent mood. And guess what happens? The nanoleaf shapes disconnect from my phone again and won’t connect. Then, i break down crying. Sitting on the floor sobbing because i’ve seen the nanoleaf shapes break more than i’ve seen my cousins. I am sitting here, power cycling it over and over again. I don’t even need to crouch down and scan the qr code on the power bank, AS IVE MEMORISED THE CODE. 3499-0860. Nanoleaf, i want to let you know you have brought my so much pain. I love these lights, but i do not love your company. I appreciate your effort to make these lights and your little effort to answer my emails. I literally just punched the nanoleaf shapes and half of them fell on the floor. Never buying from you again. I am now going to go spend another hour crying and trying to get these lights to work.
