Ordered a size 7 and got sent size 6
Ordered a size 7 and got sent size 6. When I emailed the company I got this response. Dear customer, Sorry for the unsatisfied purchase. We are very sorry to tell you that you need to pay the postage to return it if the item has no damage problem according to our return policy, maybe the it’s expensive to return. Tips on our website: Measurements are the maximum size,please allow 0.5-1cm tolerance. So there have 0.5 - 1 size difference but it also is the correct size. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY... The shoes are nasty too!
