B1 40W could not connect to my PC.
I was in a mess with my B1 i had not been able to operate since day 1 (a year and a half ago) i bought it because B1 40W could not connect to my PC. . I went through all longer web forum and support seeking for help and assistance . All in vain because of my bare experience in laser world . Due to my very busy life, i put everything asside to dedicate my time to work , other hobbies and family. Then after a long silence, a week ago, i decided to contact Longer support in order to buy a new motherboard since my machine failed to connect to my computer. Longer kindly suggest me an attempt remote assistance before spending my money . A bimgo!! that was the right move . Longer solve my problem in various clicks that really made my day . I would like to deeply thank Longer who depite an overdue assitance time frame was so dedicated to give me an help. Thanks again to to staff
