Unfair Warranty Denial and Poor Customer Service from ONYX
I recently had a very disappointing experience with ONYX Service regarding my device. My device, which has always been stored safely on a shelf, suddenly stopped working overnight. Despite no visible damage on the outside, ONYX Service concluded that the screen was broken due to external force and refused to cover the repair under warranty. They quoted a high repair fee, nearly the cost of a new device. Their assessment claimed that the damage was caused by pressure, even though no such event occurred. Despite my explanation, they maintained their stance, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfactory resolution. This experience has resulted in the loss of my trust as a customer. I hope others will be cautious when considering ONYX products and services.
