They used to be fine
As they have said here, I had ordered before and everything was excellent. Now they are asking me to send them a picture of my card and ID to make sure it’s not stolen. It’s not normal to ask for this kind of stuff. Miccostume is going downhill. Not buying from them again. They said they will cancel my order because I refuse to give them impossible photos (My card doesn’t even have numbers or my name engraved). How can anyone but from a page were they ask you for pictures of your ID and credit card??? Update: they sent me my cosplay after I sent them my deposit voucher. I still don’t understand why would they ask for so much information after the payment was made. Received my cosplay and it was good, but the experience was bad.
