I bought a product from a company called Shenzhen Liyu Technology Co., Ltd.as they are an audited supplier in your website. They sent me a defective product. When I was still inquiring from them, their replies to my queries were very quick now that there is a problem, I get no reply. What will I do to recover my money paid?
