Will not honour the terms of your policy
A lot of reviews seem to miss an important point: the coverage is decent and the price point affordable so it appears to be good value, UNTIL YOU TRY TO SUBMIT A CLAIM! Our trip was cancelled due to a state of emergency in the country we were planning to visit. Long story short, they're asking us to seek a refund from the airline directly. If the airline was in a position to offer a refund (they're not, they've indicated this will be a long and difficult process due to the high volume of claims) why are we paying travel insurance in the first place? Save your money and find an insurance company that has a real genuine track record in honouring the terms of your policy.
