Unprofessional
Terrible experience with this company, would not recommend from the prospect of professionalism alone. I applied for a loan in early July and was contacted by Danielle, my lawyer sent them all the information the following day after I spoke to her. I did not hear back until I had to call for an update a week later. Called one more time received no answer, sent two e-mails that were responded to as “will get back to you after following up on your case” the last week of July and as of today still have not received a response. It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional, would’ve respected it more if they flat out told me they couldn’t get me approved for whatever reason instead of having me wait with false hope I could get approved.
