Not great
I purchased a trail camera in good faith only for it to malfunction - it did not record images or video and sucked the batteries dry in 2 nights (even without recording anything). When I approached the company about this, its response was to regurgitate the (basic) steps in the manual and, ultimately, refuse to facilitate the return of the camera. In fact, it determinedly avoided it. At odds with the policy on it's website. An update, a couple of weeks after posting initial review - Kentfaith provided a refund after I sent the camera back, and requested that I remove the review. In all conscience, I can't remove the review but have edited it and acknowledge that the company did come through with further correspondence and refund.
