This was a complete scam
This was a complete scam. I ordered a mattress, it came and it's extremely uncomfortable, not fit for purpose in any way, I've tried to contact on multiple occasions, including by phone, check the number on the website and you will see that it does not accept phone calls. The returns and refund policy, as well as the warranty policy, appear to be a scam. No responses to my various emails asking for a return, no way of contacting other than by email which will be ignored once the order is processed. Avoid this company at all costs, do some research and you will see this is a common issue with inofia.
