Overwhelmed with features
The directory is immediately online and almost all aspects of the directory can be modified/expanded. It is overwhelming and I find many capabilities such as badges, payments and page layouts will serve my growing needs as my business expands. The only complain I have is the backend configuration UI/UX needs a good update to be easier for the eyes, and reduce that "overwhelming" feeling.
