No Backorder Notification During Ordering!
At no point in the ordering process, was I notified that some of my items were on backorder! Sorry, but, in 2024, this is an unforgivable sin! Some of the items in my order were NEEDED for a job, the following week, and, if I'd known they were on backorder, I would've purchased elsewhere!
