Nate was my hero today
Nate was my hero today! Ten of my clients travelling on SAS to Oslo in a few days suddenly had no seat assignments! I was freaking out and called him to find out what happened. He did some forensic work and got them reassigned...turns out SAS changed planes and cancelled the seats! It is impossible to work with the airlines, but Nate managed to do it! He remained calm and professional. I will always reach out to him for our business tickets! thank you, Nate! you get five stars!! Oh, you already have them! :-)
