Shipping is atrocious
Ordered a bed in June with expected delivery in August. They decided to push the date back over a month with no communication. When contacted the just stated they didn't have it yet. They are taking orders with no clue if they can fill them. Maybe no intention either. This company is horrible and should be more clear in their fullfilment practices. Update: sales rep told me to request a refund since they couldn't deliver. Now they stating that there policy is a 50% restock fee! This is theft. The only other option they gave me was to choose something else they had in stock which wouldn't be what I ordered or wanted.
