Made-In-China verified companies can still scam you
Review of Made-In-China Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Title: Verified Suppliers are Scamming Customers! I am extremely disappointed with Made-In-China and their so-called “verified” suppliers. I placed a significant order with a company verified by this platform, trusting that the verification process would ensure reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Details: • Order Number: JG20240517 • Supplier: Jiugang Metals Products co., ltd • Order Amount: $5,388.55 • Payment: 30% upfront In May remaining balance paid on June 5th • Promised Delivery: 7 days after initial payment, with an estimated arrival time of 20-25 days from the order date Despite fulfilling my payment obligations promptly, the supplier has not even started processing my order. It has been 3 months since the final payment, and I have been given nothing but vague excuses. This unacceptable delay has severely disrupted my business operations, causing financial strain and wasted time. Impact on My Business: • Operational Delays: Unable to meet project deadlines and fulfill client orders. • Financial Loss: Incurred ongoing rental costs for unused fabrication space and lost opportunities due to missed contracts. • Stress and Inconvenience: The lack of transparency and reliability has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I trusted Made-In-China to provide a marketplace of reputable suppliers, but instead, I have been scammed by one of their “verified companies”. This experience has shattered my trust in the platform and its verification process. Requests for Resolution: • Immediate action to expedite my shipment and provide a definitive delivery timeline. • A thorough investigation into Jiugang Metals Products co., ltd and their practices. • Financial compensation for the delays and associated costs. • A review and enhancement of Made-In-China’s supplier verification processes to prevent similar issues for other customers. I expect Made-In-China to address these serious concerns promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy suppliers. I rather go use *Alibaba* Beware: Just because a company is verified on this platform does not guarantee their reliability. My experience shows that you can still get scammed! Sincerely, Dizerent Awak
