Good only as new customer.
As a long-time customer of Vodien, I am deeply disappointed with the recent experiences I’ve had. Despite my loyalty, I have noticed that ongoing customers are charged significantly more than new customers. This pricing disparity is frustrating and feels unfair. Additionally, the support I have received has been subpar. My recent ticket was closed without any resolution or follow-up, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued. This lack of customer satisfaction and professionalism is unacceptable. I hope Vodien takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements to value their loyal customers and provide better support.
