I was working at Joint Management Body / Badan Pengurusan Bersama(JMB), and the committee members asked me to apply for a mobile phone under the company's name. However, since JMB is not the same as a normal SSM company, the documents required are different, and very few people know what documents are needed. There were missing pieces here and there. Luckily, I met Mr. SsAng. He was very patient. I told him about my problems, asking a lot of questions as if I were a big company, but it was just for one mobile phone line with fee of RM38. Despite that, he was very patient and explained all the terms and requirements. I am very grateful to have met Mr. SsAng. He helped me solve my company's problem. At the same time, our company members felt that he was very good. So, if any of our friends need to apply for a phone line, we will definitely recommend Mr. SsAng because he does an excellent job.
