Very poor sales service
Very poor sales service. Haven't been able to purchase a dedicate server. Can't purchase online, have to go via a chat agent. The chat agents quote a different price compared to what is listed on the website. Spent 3 days trying to purchase and gave up. The chat agents are rude and have a "take it or leave it" attitude. If sales is so rough can only imagine how support will be. I'd rather pay more and go with better service. Update - After their response, I am compelled to update my review. I never wanted to share my First Name and Last Name and without my consent they have posted my first name in their response. I don't think I will ever do business with this organization ever again. They will probably update their response and claim terms of service etc. But this is my biggest problem with RedSwitches, it feels like bait and switch. Can never trust an organization that has such practices. Good luck!
