Very poor start to a late solution to the problem
I bought 4 gift vouchers from them and didn't receive any. Opened a ticket and still no response after 48 hours. Probably a sammer site. EDIT: After 50h Support closed ticket without doing nothing. Disgusting!!! EDIT 2: After many closed tickets(bad automatically answer system), a friendly customer support and 5 days i got my codes. CONCLUSION: Upgraded from 1* to 2*. If customer support had responded to me sooner and was immediately helpful, there would be many more stars.
