Jetpac: extremely slow or no service
Jetpac promises 4G/LTE/5G networks in Europe. I have been in 4 European countries (Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein and the Netherlands): - Switzerland, at my holiday home speeds were around 0,24 Mbps. I was told via the chat that it was my address that was the problem, however no matter where I went in Switzerland the network was alway LTE and speeds never exceeded 2,01 Mbps. My regular provider offered 4/5 G networks wherever we went, with speeds around 17,9 Mbps at my holiday home. - Germany & Liechtenstein: no network at all - The Netherlands: LTE again, max speed measured so far: 2,09 Mbps. My regular provider offers 4G at a speed of 38,4 Mbps. I spend hours chatting with the helpdesk, they made all kinds of promises but never delivered. In the end they offered 1Gb for free (which is of no use at these speeds) and a refund for the days I no network at all. I never got the refund or the extra Gb.
