Wonderful trips in China!
Our family recently took two trips in China, both are booked with Monica. This is the first time we use China Highlight (Global Highlight). We are very impressed with Monica and her team!!! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She patiently went back and forth for our itinerary to try to satisfy all our needs. When they say available 7 by 24, they really mean it! One of our members’ arriving flight got significantly delayed from 8pm arrival until 3am the next morning. She was available the whole time, closely monitoring the flight updates and chatting with the traveller to assure her that she will be picked up no matter how late she arrives. The guides assigned to us are also great! Especially Xiao Wei! They are professional and knowledgeable as well! Our family really enjoyed our trips and will definitely use China Highlight (Global Highlight) for our future trips!
