The customer service is very good. The clothing tends to be quite small for USA sizing, and that makes it more difficult to sell, however. It's a hard sell to tell someone used to wearing a medium in the US that they need to buy a 3xl. But, if you can get past that, the prices are good, shipping is about 3 weeks and the print clarity is good for the price you pay.
I ordered two items on august 6, and they arrived august 15. One was an adult hoodie dress, and one was a child's hoodie. It has been years since I ordered items from China. They said their clothes run true to size, but I didn't believe them. Both people I ordered for are between sizes. The adult usually wears a small, but sometimes they are a little snug, so I ordered an adult large. It was a tent on her! I should have ordered the small. Same with the boy's hoodie. He'll grow into it in a couple years. So yes, they run true to the sizes I'm used to in the US, possibly even a little on the big size. I also was worried about the fabric. I thought it might feel rough, or plasticy, or be uncomfortable, but both items were heavy fabric (they are for winter wear and I wanted them to be warm) and look well made, with smooth, slightly stretchy fabric that looks like good quality. Both tops were decorated with photos of paintings I had painted myself, so I worried that the colors would be dull or muddy. I had taken a high res photo and submitted that for printing, and the patterns were wonderful. Seriously great depth of color an wonderful detail. I am so pleased!! Now to order more, in the right size. I feel confident that they will also be wonderful.
