Help is there whenever you need it
I have had a OneSimCard account for many years. Bought my first phone thru them and my second also when the 3G was going away. I needed a better phone for some upcoming trips. The phone I wanted was no longer available from OneCardSim so I found a similar one online. I tried to get my SimCard to work, but no luck. I called OneSimCard and Gino spent quite some time and helped me verify that it was locked. Had to return the phone. Gino called the next evening to check on my progress with getting a new phone. I eventually found another and with his directions I was able to get it to work. He also gave me some great advice on what to look for in a cellphone that would do what I needed it for. Can't say enough about the support and effort that Gino gave me. OneSimCard gets my five stars for going above and beyond to help it's customers. I am sticking with them... Thanks Again Dave M in PA
