I didn't think it would be fare to give a review a few weeks after the seminar or not even 6 months. So today is one year August 19 2023. Went to the seminar sat up front got through it don't know if I was hypnotized or not but here I am one year later and I have not had a cigarette. I didn't even really have any cravings withdrawals.
