My order number was 731264. I ordered an office desk which I was told would arrive within 41 days but didn't get it until 3 months later. When it arrived there were few damages. Although, the customer service was great and responded every time I emailed them. They promised me a refund of a total of 45% only if I write a good review about them and give them 5 stars which I find ridiculous. Despite me telling them I will write a review of my experience anyways, they insited that it is their company policy and can only give discount to a good review. This means every single 5 star review here, isn't genuine and people want the discount desperately that they had to give them 5 stars
