Terrible
Terrible! I was asking a general question amd your team just wanted my information! I told them no relation they can answer my question without knowing my information but they said if you didn't provide your information we won't processed! Feels like they aren't willing to help disgusting customer service and I'll make sure to post this everywhere especially that what I was asking about was an extremely sensitive matter related to my wife's mental situation and your paylater service.
