service has been very poor
My Premium Plus account on the site I'm a longtime customer, off gamers service used to be outstanding. Lately the service has been very poor. A lot of orders are out of stock and they tell you that after the purchase is made Here you can't get your money back and no one answers you from the support department. My last order has been pending for 14 hours and I haven't received my order, I contacted support several hours ago and no one answered me. I wish the site would go back to the way it was with immediate support and this is constructive criticism in order not to lose more customers.
