No reply to request for return address
Received goods, but wish to make a return. As per your website, I emailed on 05 August to get return address details, but still haven't received a reply. As there is a 14 day return period you obviously do not accept returns. It is now 3 September. No further email received as stated on their reply. Useless firm to deal with.
