The program is great! It’s refreshing in a world with a lot of film-flamy weight loss programs. This is more basic and complete. It’s about health in a wholistic way. Sound education. Strong support system. High integrity people. Couldn’t be happier. My totally unexpected benefits: some darkening of gray hair, eczema itching stopped, dry eyes OK now. These were in addition to the weight loss, additional strength and energy which were the primary targets and achieved.
